HOW TO COMPRAR:
- Select model, size and color. Make sure the size chosen is correct according to Western Europe sizes.
- Then click "Buy."
- Complete the form with your address, billing data and select the payment method.
- If your data is validated, the order will be completed correctly and you can see the confirmation of the purchase with your order number. You will also receive this information via e-mail.

PAYMENT METHODS
You can make payments with credit or debit cards.
In compliance with the legislation in force in Spain, we must issue an invoice for purchases over 3,000€. In these cases, we will ask you to provide us with your NIF.
EXPENDITURE
The costs of peninsular shipping and major European cities (France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands) are free and the rest of the countries will vary according to destination and product. Shipping costs are calculated automatically. The goods will always travel with the purchase albaran. We remind you that the country's customs or tax costs will be borne by the customer.

The date of delivery is calculated from the time the payment has been made. Please note that if we receive the order from Monday to Thursday after 16: 00, we will process it to send it the next day. Orders that arrive on Friday and during the weekend will be processed to be sent on Monday. If there is any exceptional delay in the process of your order, we will inform you accordingly.
The deliveries are made within 24-72 hours within the peninsula (Spain and Portugal), Canary Islands and Balearic Islands. International deliveries are made within 2 to 7 days EU and other countries 7 - 14 working days per destination. A delay in this provision does not in any case provide for a possible claim for damages.
All orders are sent from Madrid (Spain).
FOLLOW-UP TO THE NEEDS:
For security reasons, we cannot change the direction to which your order is sent. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note with information on how to organize a new delivery or where you can collect your package.
DEVOLUTIONS
15 calendar days to request and manage any change or return, provided that stock is available. Except Christmas period. The purchases made from 20 November and prior to 25 December shall have a maximum period of request for return until 9 January.
You can send the return either with the transport agency we use on ONE TOUCH or with any other transport agency you prefer (always have a tracking number to locate the package). The amount of the shipment shall be deducted from the payment of your order. The amount of your refund will be reimbursed as soon as possible through the payment system you used to make the purchase. To make a return, you must send us an email to hello @ onetouchstyle.com, indicated order number, product and return reason.
The second shipment for change of size is free in Spain (Retreat or return on behalf of the customer).
In case of return, you can request the withdrawal of the package, cost to define by our transport agency according to origin or if you prefer, get it to our address in Madrid (Spain) by your own means.

Important:In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands or non-EU countries, taxes are paid by destination (the consignee takes over the duas and any other tax corresponding to his country).
In any case, we ask you to return the items in perfect condition, without having been used, in their original outer and interior packaging. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept returns of articles that do not meet these conditions.
CHANGES
If you want to change an article to a different article or change size or color, we will be grateful if you will proceed to a return and a new order. In this case, the refund costs are not borne by One Touch.
HOW TO REALIZE DEVOLUTION
Enter in the original package the item (s) you want to return and the albaran or invoice.

Remember that the costs of return will be borne by you. The refund costs shall be deducted from the total amount of their payment.
REEMBOURCES
Reimbursements shall be paid through the same way as the original purchase payment was made. Upon receipt of the refund, we will make the refund as soon as possible. It should be noted that once we have given the order to make the refund, the provider of your payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) may take 7 to 10 working days. We recommend keeping your shipping note until you have received the refund.
