The deliveries are made within 24-72 hours within the peninsula (Spain and Portugal), Canary Islands and Balearic Islands.
International deliveries are made within 2 to 7 days EU and other countries 7 - 14 working days per destination.
All orders are sent from Madrid (Spain).
Important: In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands or non-EU countries, taxes are paid by destination (the consignee takes over the duas and any other tax corresponding to his country).
Changes and returns
15 calendar days to request and manage any change or return.
The second shipment for change of size is free in Spain (Retreat or return on behalf of the customer).
In case of return, you can request the withdrawal of the package, cost to define by our transport agency according to origin or if you prefer, get it to our address in Madrid (Spain) by your own means.
